• Position: Full-Time Digital Marketing Manager (Virtual Assistant)
• Location: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities

✅ Plan, create, and manage content for social media, blogs, and campaigns
✅ Maintain a content calendar for consistent branding
✅ Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement
✅ Train, systemize and delegate tasks to boost team productivity
✅ Manage social media channels and analyze performance metrics
✅ Optimize workflows and prepare monthly performance reports

Requirements

➡️ Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or leadership roles
➡️ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
➡️ Proficiency in tools like Canva, Later, Slack, Meta or similar marketing platforms
➡️ Understanding of digital marketing principles
➡️ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
➡️ Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data
